Ingredients:
1/2 head cabbage
1 sm. onion
2 celery stalks
2 carrots
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 pkg. artificial sweetener (such as sweet n low)
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Procedure:
Shred cabbage and carrots. Finely chop onion and celery.
Mix together in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix together sweetener, pepper, vinegar, lemon juice, and mayonnaise.
Pour over shredded vegetables and refrigerate.
It makes 10 servings.
