So Yummy Coconut Custard Pie
Ingredients:
4 eggs
4 T. vegetable oil
2 t. coconut extract
5 T. pastry flour
1/2 cup fructose
2/3 cup milk powder
1 3/4 cup water
2 t. vanilla extract
2 slices dry bread
pinch of salt
Procedure:
Combine all ingredients in blender, except the fructose.
Fold in the fructose and put into a 10-inch pie pan.
Bake at 350 for approx.. 20 min.
