Healthy Fruit Protein Smoothie Recipes

It is amazing what you can do with fresh fruit and using a blender. Blender recipes have theĀ  added advantage of soft fibers whereas juicing allows the nutrients to quickly enter body.

This is greatl for maintaing and cleaning a healthy colon. Recipes made in a blender are an excellent addition to a cleansing and healing program.

Apricot-Strawberry-Pineapple Smoothie
  • 2 apricots, diced
  • 1/4 cup pineapple, crushed
  • 1 small banana
  • 7 strawberries
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. skim milk powder
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 1 large T. high-quality protein powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp. hemp or flax oil (optional)

In a blender, process all of the ingredients. Blend until thoroughly mixed and serve.

Strawberry-Banana Smoothie

    • 7 frozen strawberries
    • 1 chopped banana, frozen
    • 1 T. skim milk powder
    • 1 1/4 cup water
    • 1 large T. high quality protein powder (optional)
    • 1 tsp. flax oil (optional)

In a blender, process all the ingredients and serve.

Tropical Fruit Shake
  • 1 sliced banana, frozen
  • 5 frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 mango, peeled and sliced
  • 1 1/4 cup water
  • 1/8 t. natural coconut extract
  • 1 large T. high-quality protein powder (optional)
  • 1 t. hemp or flax oil (optional)
  • 6 ice cubes

In a blender, process all the ingredients until thoroughly mixed and serve.

Berry-banana Smoothie
  • 1 pear, cored
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup blueberries, frozen
  • 1 T. skim milk powder
  • 1 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 t. cinnamon
  • 1 large T. high-quality protein powder (optional)
  • 1 t. hemp or flax oil (optional)

In a blender, process all the ingredients and serve.

Orange-Banana-Strawberry Shake
  • 7 frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 frozen sliced banana
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 1 T. skim milk powder
  • 1 large T. high- quality protein powder (optional)
  • 1 t. hemp or flax oil (optional)

In a blender, process all the ingredients and serve.
