Apricot-Strawberry-Pineapple Smoothie
- 2 apricots, diced
- 1/4 cup pineapple, crushed
- 1 small banana
- 7 strawberries
- 1 1/2 tbsp. skim milk powder
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1 large T. high-quality protein powder (optional)
- 1 tsp. hemp or flax oil (optional)
In a blender, process all of the ingredients. Blend until thoroughly mixed and serve.
Strawberry-Banana Smoothie
- 7 frozen strawberries
- 1 chopped banana, frozen
- 1 T. skim milk powder
- 1 1/4 cup water
- 1 large T. high quality protein powder (optional)
- 1 tsp. flax oil (optional)
In a blender, process all the ingredients and serve.
Tropical Fruit Shake
- 1 sliced banana, frozen
- 5 frozen strawberries
- 1/2 mango, peeled and sliced
- 1 1/4 cup water
- 1/8 t. natural coconut extract
- 1 large T. high-quality protein powder (optional)
- 1 t. hemp or flax oil (optional)
- 6 ice cubes
In a blender, process all the ingredients until thoroughly mixed and serve.
Berry-banana Smoothie
- 1 pear, cored
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup blueberries, frozen

- 1 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 t. cinnamon
