Garlic Potato Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes – 4 to 6 medium size
  • Garlic – 4 to 6 cloves (thinly slice)
  • 4 tablespoons of low fat butter
  • 4 tablespoons of low fat yogurt
  • Finely diced chives – 2 tablespoon
  • Salt – 1teaspoon

Preparation

1.Preheat the oven to 400F.

2.Wash, and then slice each potato at 1/2 cm intervals. Cut about 3/4 way through (make sure not all the way). So the potatoes have many slits in them.

3.Place the garlic slices in the slits. Then bake for 60 to 75 minutes – until soft.

4.Mix the low fat yogurt with low fat butter, diced chives, and slat. Mix well. Use this as the topping for the potatoes.
