Healthy Fruit Popsicles For Kids and You

Ingredients:
1 cup fresh orange juice
12 strawberries
1 banana
1/8 t. stevia

Procedure:
Process in a blender and freeze in a popsicle maker.

My granddaughter loves these popsicles so much that she always asks for “grandma’s popsicles” when she visits.

Healthy Multi-colored Fruit Pops

Makes 12

Ingredients:
2 cups strawberries
6 T. honey
7 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
1 1/2 cups sliced fresh cantaloupe chunks

Directions:

1. In a blender, combine 2 T. honey and strawberries. Cover and puree.
2. Pour into mold and freeze for approx. 30 minutes.
3. Combine 2 T. honey and kiwi, Cover and puree.
4. Pour over frozen strawberry mixture and freeze until firm.
5. Repeat with cantaloupe and remaining honey. Pour over kiwi layer. Freeze until firm.
